Coco fibre  also known as coir fibre has many varities .some times it is rered refered to as coconut fibre also. most common varities of coconut fibre are bristle fibre and  mattress fibre. The Bristle fibre and mattress fibres are unique to sri lanka ,a process involving hackle drum  makes bristle fibre and mattress fibre. But there is a alternative  process known as decorticator  where the outcome is mixed fibre a mixture of bristle fibre and mattress fibre . This decorticating process is available in other coconut growing countries  but the hackle drum process is only available in sri lanka . hackle drum process being the only process that can produce Coir bristle fibre that is used in Brush industry  Sri lakan coir bristle fibre has been dominating in the international market

Super quality Bristle fibre Developed by Sixth Sense coir works is The only branded coco fibre in the world  .This "SQ" Branded coco  fibre is a  outcome of the process Developed by Sixth Sense Coir works  to overcome problems faced by users when it is used with high speed CNC machines . It has been reported that some of the manufacturers even completely abandoned the use of coco Bristle fibre due to its inability to run with high speed CNC brush filling machines smoothly without any interuptions  .
Sixth sense  identified  main reasons  of these interruptions and developed a process that will ensure the  elimination of these reasons  of interruptions . Thereby ensuring a smooth & uninterrupted brush filling with super quality bristle fibre
Sixth sense identified two main causes for failure of bristle fibre to run with high speed CNC machines.
They are
1)Impurities such as coir pith and un milled fibre
2)type of lubrication(wax) used when bristle fibre is combed which causes fibre to gule- to -gather in the hank with the passage of time

With the objective of eliminating above mentioned causes from the bristle fibre sixth sense coir works developed a process by which coir pith, un-milled particles are completely eliminated from bristle fibre and new mixture of lubricant was also developed in order to avoid the possibility of gluing-to-gather in the hank with the passage of time
